Returns & Refunds Policy

At DB DISTRO, we strive to ensure every order is accurate and delivered in excellent condition. Please review our wholesale return policy below:

Returns Eligibility

• Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
• Only unused, unopened products in original packaging are eligible.
• Clearance, custom, or special-order items are non-returnable.

Return Authorization

• All returns require prior written authorization (RMA number).
• Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Items

• Damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
• DB DISTRO will issue store credit or a replacement for defective items at our discretion.

Refunds / Store Credit

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the error was ours.

DB DISTRO issues refunds only in the form of store credit, which can be applied toward future orders.

Store credits will be applied to the customer’s account within 5–10 business days of receiving the authorized return.
