Shipping & Delivery Policy

At DB DISTRO, we pride ourselves on fast, reliable shipping for all wholesale customers.

Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days once payment has been confirmed.
  • High-volume orders or pallet/LTL shipments may require additional handling time.
  • Estimated shipping timelines begin only after payment funds have cleared and are accessible.

Shipping Methods

  • DB DISTRO ships primarily via UPS for standard parcel shipments and R+L Carriers for pallet/LTL freight orders.
  • Customers may also arrange for shipping through their own preferred carrier, if coordinated in advance.
  • Optional shipping insurance is available at the customer’s request and expense. DB DISTRO strongly recommends purchasing insurance for high-value or palletized shipments.

Shipping Costs

  • Rates are calculated at checkout or invoiced based on order size, weight, and destination.
  • If using a customer’s own shipping account, DB DISTRO will prepare orders for pickup but assumes no responsibility once the carrier has taken possession.

Delivery Timelines

  • Standard UPS transit times typically range 2–7 business days, depending on the destination.
  • R+L Freight delivery times may vary depending on location and freight scheduling.
  • Delivery estimates are calculated from the time of shipment, which occurs only after payment has cleared and the order has been processed.
  • DB DISTRO is not responsible for carrier delays once shipments are in transit.

Payment Terms

  • DB DISTRO accepts payment via major credit/debit cards, ACH, wire transfer, check, or other approved methods.
  • Orders are not released for processing until payment has been successfully received and verified.
  • Certain payment methods — such as ACH transfers, wire transfers, or checks — may require additional clearing time before funds are accessible.
  • Shipping and delivery timelines are calculated from the point at which funds have cleared.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate payment details to avoid processing delays.

Returned Checks / NSF Fees

  • Any check returned due to insufficient funds, closed account, or stop payment will incur a $35 service fee in addition to the outstanding balance.
  • DB DISTRO reserves the right to require certified funds (cashier’s check, wire transfer, or credit card) for future orders if a payment is returned.
