Welcome to DB DISTRO. By accessing or using our website and placing wholesale orders, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
1. Eligibility & Membership
- DB DISTRO operates as a wholesale distributor. Access to wholesale pricing and order placement requires an approved wholesale account.
- Customers must be at least 21 years of age and represent a valid retail business (e.g., smoke shop, convenience store, or distributor).
2. Orders & Payments
- Minimum order requirements may apply.
- All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and subject to change without notice.
- Payment is required at the time of purchase unless other terms are agreed in writing.
- Accepted payment methods include credit card, debit card, ACH, wire transfer, check, or other approved methods.
3. Shipping & Risk of Loss
- Orders are shipped FOB (Freight on Board) from our warehouse. Risk of loss passes to the customer once the carrier accepts the shipment.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
4. Returns & Refunds
- Returns are subject to the DB DISTRO Returns Policy (see dedicated page).
- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
5. Product Use & Compliance
- DB DISTRO products are intended for legal use only (tobacco, legal herbs, or collectible purposes).
- Customers are solely responsible for complying with local, state, and federal regulations.
6. Limitation of Liability
- DB DISTRO shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or website.
- Liability is limited to the purchase price of the products in question.
7. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of changes.
